I love cevap but since I can no longed eat beef or pork I now have made it with Caribou and am sure it will work great with deer. You can buy a mix at european stores (I have found it in Kitchener and London Ontario) Just add the pkg of cevap to your meat with one egg and some bread crumbs. Then make into small long meatballish(not sure if this is even a word) or hamburgers and grill on the BBQ or home grill. I get some pitas add some sour cream, cheese, lettuce tomatoes, and or chopped onions to taste and it is amazing.

LOL My mother is Croatian and she make this also she has given me other recipes to try with game meat and once I try them and they taste decent I will add them here.

haha cool, croatia is a great country - especially along the coastline. You pretty much cant go wrong with any of the food, but the "strawberry" milkshakes leave something to be desired
