CF shoulder holster in Afghanistan

Maybe some CGN guys can help me, i have noticed on the news that the commander of Canadian troops in Aghanistan {Brig. General David Fraser} has been wearing his Inglis HP in a shoulder holster,appears to be made of a green webbing,is this standard CF issue, or a private purchase,.::cool: :cool: :) :) :)
 
Issue rig that the tankers use mostly. Lots of staff types are wearing them. They are kinda' hard to draw from with a vest on and stuff on your chest, great if you are bare-assed. I used a Bianchi shoulder holster in Kosovo, it worked well for vehicle searches and such. It was a straight drop set up, instead of the horizontal model. Now I am all about the Safariland 6004.
