CFO.....they've issued me a 12/6

Has anyone run into this before? I had an RPAL w a 12/7 (possession and acquisition)
I renewed my licence and now it states 12/6 possession but only Non-restricted and restricted acquisition.
What's this mean?....I can own a prohib.....but I can't buy or sell one????
Any help from those in the know before I contact the CFO would be appreciated.

Basically you have a 12/7 classification. The handguns are prohibited, the person has the classification. You are 12/6 possesion which is what 12/7 was, and non restricted and restricted aquisition only meaning exactly what it says, no buying prohibs. They have just re worded it, I have heard of a few people getting that on their new pal.

Gotcha! Thanks Dogzilla. What kind of hoops does one have to jump through to acquire a 12/6? (like to cash in on cheap prohibs) and it would seem that i'm half way there.

You can no longer get 12.6.
