If they still do it, I recommend Graeme Nesbitt, with Manotick Firearms Training. I did my course with them in a classroom at thr RA Centre

There's one in that list in particular who I won't recommend. PM for his name if you want. The misinformation that puked out of his mouth during the course is staggering.

-FMJ are prohibited
-JHP are prohibted for handguns
-Party hunting is illegal in Ontario, period

This list goes on. This guy is an ex-leo and a real piece of work.
Twice he cancelled the exam days on my brother without letting anyone in the booked class know, then had the nerve to get real ignorant when someone asked him what the hell? People showed up and waited and waited and he never showed up.
