CFSC/CRFSC instructors in Ottawa

I'm looking to get my PAL and am trying to find an instructor in Ottawa, yet they all seem to be out in the country. I don't own a car and it would be great if I could find a course closer to home. Any suggestions?

I did my CFSC and OHEC here last year under Serge Bissonnette and highly recommend him as an instructor. I am challenging the RPAL test next week with him as well. He is very friendly and easy to reach by email.
