Seems kind of obscure, but I like Swede guns, looks like it would make a nice accurate target/critter gun.

Well, it arrived, still haven't been able to find out any info on it. Build like a tank, super smooth action, finish is typical high polish blue, barrel is 20" and there is a 6" barrel balancer that screws on along with a harmonic weight affair. Had the bolt apart, pretty simple design, heavy dual locking lugs, trigger is great, still has lots of packing oil on it, not sure how much use it saw. Stock is pretty big and has some weight to it, adjustable cork buttpad which seems like an odd choice. High dovetail type mount, have to figure out what type weaver bases will fit it. Barrel looks like it's adjustable, 2 set screws holding it to the receiver. Pretty nice piece of craftsmanship, I'll get better pics after it's all cleaned up.

I had one of those rifles last year. It has a nice, light trigger, a barrel extension and moveable barrel weight. I never experimented with how moving the weight influenced results down range. The stock design was a little unusual. It is clearly not made for offhand shooting because the pistol grip area is wide and smooth. The forestock is wide and flat -- about 2.5" -- which makes it more suitable for shooting from a rest with a flat front bag. The rifle is accurate. I liked the rifle a great deal, but at that time some rifles had to go.

As I recall, Weaver 35 bases fit. You can post the receiver diameter and it can be confirmed.

Cool! I'll measure it tonight. Definitely a. Bench stock, quite comfortable rested...not sure what to preserve the cork pad with... silicone or wax?

After some Googling, BLO seemed to be a good option for the cork pad, so gave it a coat.
Ended up having to take the trigger mech apart against my better judgement. I was messing with the adjustment screws and backed one out too far, then it would not go back in. Glad I did as it was jammed full of packing oil gunk. Very simple trigger design and nothing went flying. The screw that would not go back in adjusts the trigger return spring. It pushes up from the bottom onto a 45 degree slider which is attached to the spring. After cleaning it out and getting it back together, I carefully adjusted the sear and trigger spring. Passes drop tests but it is light...which is perfect for a single shot bench gun. No creep, no over travel, just breaks like glass.

Well....I like this thing, didn't take much playing to get it shooting very well, I'm sure with a little more time and playing I'll get it shooting excellent.
I had 4 guns to line up before going fishing, and the bugs were brutal, so my focus wasn't 100%. Still, it shot very well with some RMS Pistol Club. I wanted to try it with the factory rail, but I'll probably source out some weaver bases eventually. Worked fine as the comb is quite high. Trigger is one of the best I've ever tried, very comfortable to get behind and shoot, Swedes know how to make nice guns.
The NS522 in the background was all over the target for the first 50 rounds, then it finally started to shoot half decent. Was ready to dump it at one point before it came around lol.

Just glad it wasn't bubba'd by the Swedes and came with all the OEM accessories. Swedes are bad for "customizing" guns lol.
Zeroing groups were decent, need to find some time to really test it's potential.
