Just outta curiosity, I see words like "newbie, member, CGN regular, Big Mouth" etc under people's usernames.

I was wondering if there is a ranking system that dictates your rank...?

Is there a chart of something?

"...there a chart..." Nope and it's not worth worrying about. I believe it's part of the forum software. Most forums have something like it. Mind you, not all posts of all the forums count towards a change. Still not a big deal.
