That's a beauty of an Enfield Richard I'm almost nervous about my mag cut off equipped No.1 Mk.III's upcoming performance I want to do the old girl justice.

Only got to do the deliberate, here's the best of two targets, 3 1/4", the other was 4 1/16". I had only loaded 20 rounds, fired 18 (3 sighters, and three 5 round targets, one doesn't count as it was benched as I was curious what the potential was). It was a challenge as this is the first time I've fired this rifle, a 1916 No.1 Mk.III, fortunately the sights were close and I was able to use the bulk for group shooting. Was shooting a handload with a 150gr spitzer, and using a leather sling (issue size/width). Still have to try the casts, will be interesting, though with how thess spitzers shot I might stick with them, figured the .311" diameter might not be enough, but they shoot very well, about 1.5MOA with the irons at 100 benced, probably an MOA load, not bad for a 90 year old rifle.

Haha, my goof, I never re-read the regs before heading out lol, it's 10 rounds not five... Oh well, will load more ammo and try it again...
