CGN sponsor's who have 38-55 bullets?

Not aware of anyone producing a loaded cartridge in 38/55. Brass is available and so are cast bullets. If you are into reloading, try the BulletBarn on Vancouver Island.
 
Do you know the bore diameter of your rifle if you want to use cast?
If jacketed I think most makers offer a .375 bullet to use. Hornady does.

I just ordered 200 Hornady 220gr .375 FP bullets for my .375 Win from Henry, OP's 38-55 uses the same bullet. Hardly anybody stocks these, they are a special order item for the most part.

Ben has multiple choices for cast .375 bullets suitable for the 38-55. I have him working on a batch for my .375 Win right now. He is about to pack up for winter and head south, so OP may be out of luck until spring. Hell, I might be out of luck until spring if things don't move fast enough.

If you are loading cast for a 38-55, better slug the barrel and find out what the groove diameter is. [Very high chance it is NOT .375"]
They usually run from .377 to .380" somewhere.
Cast shoot best .001 - .002" over groove diameter.
My 38-55's groove diameter is .3775" and shoots a .379-.380 cast bullet very well.
The 220 grain, 375 Winchester bullet from Hornady is a true .375", and will not shoot well in all 38-55 rifles.
My 1980's vintage 38-55 keyholes this bullet
Barnes makes a beautiful 255 grain original expressly for the 38-55. [P/N 38/5520]
It is .377" diameter.
Be careful!! They also make a similar, 255 grain, .375" bullet for the 375 winchester.
[P/N 375W20] The crimping groove is located differently.
If you load the 375W bullet in a 38-55 case and crimp in the groove, the loaded round will be too long to cycle through a Winchester M94 Action.
I am very pleased with my 38-55, and have some very accurate cast & Jacketed loads for it.
Also shot my second largest Whitetail deer with it.
What is not to like!!

Crappy Tire here in Cold Lake had two boxes of Winchester ammo in 38-55, when I was there last night.

It's around. Not even gonna guess as to what dimensions it measures out to, for case length or diameter.

Better off to reload.

In my exp. the bore dia's. are all over the map for the 38/55, one story that I heard was that when Pedersoli got a sample gun in 38/55 they used the same barrel dimensions as the old sample which had a bore over .380" and they built all theirs to those large dimensions. It's not really a bad thing, you just need to use wider bullets, my Uberti low wall required .382" bullets if using cast, or the bullets were hitting sideways. Too small cast bullets will also lead the barrel badly, I don't know what happens when you fire a jacketed bullet in those larger bores.
