CH-22 Receiver question

I was wondering if the CH-22 receiver can be run with an Archangel 10/22 556R or a Nomad kit?

I watched the review vids, the moving charging handle storta turned me off. I guess when it gets dirty the more and more the charging handle moves.
Hope you read more than just the business reviews, remember they want to sell product!
