Challenger Slugs Through A Rifled Barrel?

Bought a box of Challenger Slugs today and on the box it says it can be fired from a rifled barrel without harming accuracy. It also says that any choke can be used without decreasing accuracy. Any thoughts on this?

I know guys that shoot challengers in a rifled barrel with great accuracy, try it and see how it shoots.
