The SAAMI dimensions for the chamber are minimum. In other words, the actual chamber chamber will be that PLUS. Case dimensions are given as maximum. This means the actual brass will be 532 MINUS. A pretty simple concept, really. In my opinion, the case would have been better with at least another .010" body taper. Minimal taper can be problematic.
