Change and BIG BUCK mag.

Picked up the Winter issue of Big Buck and I see that Gary Donald has sold the magazine to Rob Manley. The new editor says he will keep the magazine the same except for some changes in "communications" and technology.

Gary D will still take pics of Big Bucks and submit the odd article. So not really the end of anything but a change.


A few years back I was in the Yukon and stopped in at a magazine rack to get some reading material in Dawson City. I am not sure how far away the closest deer was but there was BIG BUCK on the rack so I bought it.

I used to subscribe to BB, years ago, and also bought many off of the rack. Rob Manley always had articles, and photos in the magazine, and he seemed to be a classy guy. Sounds like semi-retirement for Gary Donald, who put a lot of time in on the magazine, over the years, as well as countless hours in the field. All the best to both of those gents, and thanks for the update Duffy
