Need an advice from experienced "tactical shotgunners". I have a Valtro 14" pump, bought it new, the shotgun came with only the front sight (no rear sight). I took a couple of shots at the range to a distance of approx. 20 feet, and that thing is deadly accurate with the front sight only at that distance.
My question: if I want to use this shotgun for IPSC 3 gun matches, do you think it would be better to install a rail, a quick detach rear tactical ghost sight (the front sight will have to be changed as well to match the height) with a possibility of quick swapping it for a red dot, or leave everything as is - with just an original front sight? In other words, will the picatinny rail, a set of tactical sights and a red dot sight on this shotgun give me an advantage in IPSC type matches?
