So with the changes to the firearms act back in September, I'm in the process of getting a restricted firearm. My first one. My brother is giving me a handgun for Christmas so now I'm forced to have to get this ATT crap added to my license. My range membership back home has long since expired and every range member ship in Vancouver is ridiculously expensive so I joined Silvercore. What do I have to do from here? Can I e-mail the BC CFO proof of my membership or do I actually have to still fill out the ATT form and fax it too them?

I'm in Ontario but all I did was call my cfo and ask for the conditions to be added to my license and in a couple weeks I had a new card in the mail with the new condition sheet with everything added.

I just went through this my self. Call the CFC, request the ATT conditions to be attached to your firearms license (make sure you state it will be for target shooting, not for collector status). They will ask you to send proof of approved restricted range membership. Scan and email your proof of membership to them and you will be good to go in about a week. I called them in a week to check if it had gone through, it had. I received a new firearms license (with a paper form listing the conditions of my ATT) a week after I had been approved. My transfer took a week as well.
