You cannot re-use the existing buffer tube, buffer, buffer spring, or really anything.
You will need a new receiver extension for a CAR stock. Milspec or commercial diameter - you pick. You will also need the buttstock itself. Then you will need a CAR buffer and CAR spring. Finally you will need a receiver end plate and a castle nut to affix the whole affair.
