The fiber optic front is no big deal. Shop around on EE or check the site sponsors to see who's got stock, or as a last resort Brownells.
The rear sight is a bigger issue. Off the top of my head I can't think of an adjustable sight that '' drops in '' to a Novak cutout. Millet used to have drop in style adjustables for alot of guns but they stick out badly imo.
The traditional ' low mount ' 1911 require machining. Dlask or another good gunsmith could take care of it. Not sure what the going rate is ( 75-100 for the sight and another 75-100 for labour ).
On a 22 adjustables are really handy due to ammo variation. On a 45 it's less of a big deal. Find a brand that shoots well, adjust your sights to hit, and you're done.
