Is there a way of doing it ( collapsible carbine buttstock and buffer tube to rifle length A2 style) without having to change buffer tube? Just a rifle length full stock that fit on carbine tube so a guy can change back and forth easily? someone must have thought of a way/product.

Negative. The buffer tubes themselves are a very different external shape. That being said, if you wanted to spend some time with an A2 stock, a dremel and some imagination I'm sure you could Jerry-rig something.

Magpul MOE fixed carbine stock is an option. Does not look like an A2 stock, but it does slide on to a carbine buffer tube, so you can switch back and forth.

I was interested in doing this for my 308. I like to use a Magpul PRS for prone matches and SOPMOD for heavy 3-gun fun.

I do have to swap buffer tubes but its just a screw and a castle nut so it only takes about 5 minutes to do. I bought a Spike's ST-T0 buffer spacer and modified it to fit my 308 A2 buffer tube with the JP carbine spring and Spike's ST-T3 buffer. When I swap from carbine tube to A2 tube I drop in the spacer, the carbine spring and carbine buffer then tighten her up. I didn't want to screw around tuning two setups so this worked nicely for me.

You can use the LMT DMR556 for .223/5.56 rifles, and the LMT DMR308 for .308 rifles with Mil Spec carbine length lower receiver extensions. This will allow you to use a rifle length adjustable stock, and swap it out with any Mil Spec carbine stock without any modifications to your carbine.

Regards.

The fixed carbine stock is quite short, though...it's about the same as a regular collapsible stock halfway extended.
