I have a 73 rifle in 45LC and a 76 45-75 and they shoot unbelievably well

I bought a 73 Chapparal in 45lc last year . Great gun, you won't be disappointed and alot better priced than the Uberti's

I dunno, got one barely used at all. Had a .357 blow out the chamber and Marstar is playing hardball, won't even put me in contact with Chaparral. I've read about similar problems on American boards as well. If I had it to over again I'd have spent the extra money and picked up an Uberti.

Marstars position was that "the chamber was polished" but the original owner is a guy at Milarm and both he and his boss swear no such thing happened, also my gunsmith didn't note anything the day it happened when I picked it up after getting a tang sight installed.
