Hello all!
The course of fire has now been established for the DMR Shoot for August 25, 2012. Range brief starts at 8:00 AM.
We have a limited amount of space but we can accommodate 60 shooters for this match. So email us ASAP to secure your spot in the match. Pre-registration IS Mandatory! Payment is required with registration. If you do not pre-register, you do not shoot! We accept EMT's for this shoot.
Cost for the shoot is:
3-Gun league members - $25.00 per person
Non-members of the 3-Gun league - $30.00 per person
THIS EVENT WILL HAPPEN RAIN OR SHINE!!!!
This is a team event but the twist is....... you don't get to pick your partner! You will be partnered with a name drawn from a hat. There will be time provided so you can establish communication with your partner.
This will be a timed event. Prizes will be given for first, second and third place. There will also be a random draw at the end of the shoot. Some sponsors on board so far are: Dropzone, Zombie Supply Canada, Tier 1 Armory, Gun Owners of Canada, and SFRC have all stepped up to the plate with some donations.
What you will need is:
Security/ Spotter needs 35 rounds
Designated marksman needs 25 rounds
A rifle you are comfortable with that is capable to shoot out to 400 meters
We are not limiting rifle selection to a true DMR (open for bolt actions; no calibre restrictions)
If you are shooting a semi, we strongly recommend a minimum of 6 - 5 round mags
If time permits, re-runs will be allowed at an additional cost
There will be BBQ food and drinks for sale
