Cheap fairly accurate 7.62x39 bolt rifle

I'm looking for my next rifle, and I've decided on the 7.62x39 as a caliber, cheap enough to plink with but decent rounds can be used for hunting deer which I eventually want to get into.

Problem is that all the rifles I see for it are fairly expensive.

So far I've seen the:

CZ572 carbine
Savage Scout
Ruger M77

Can anyone think of a rifle I could get for 300 or so used or am I out to lunch here? I know of the SKS but was hoping for a bolt rifle.

Every review says garbage, but I didn't see any numbers. Using surplus ammo would a 2" grouping at 100m be possible? I think that would make me confident enough to hunt deer out to 150m max.
 
I have been looking for a bolt gun in 7.62 as well just to have something else for all the sks ammo i have at home. From the looks of this as i have been looking around online there used to be more options, but now you're stuck with the cz, savage, ruger and norinco. I have heard people talking about a zastava, but finding one in canada might be a pain.
The savage/cz/ruger seems to be easy enough to find but kind of expensive, the norinco seems a little harder to come by.
Let me know how you make out finding a rifle

Surplus primers are pretty tough...may not shoot 100% outta anything out of the "norm"

With surplus ammo, no. Check out posts by Ganderite, he rechambered a used target barrel to test max accuracy with lots of different cartridges.

The Norinco can be a very good little gun, bed it, re-crown, polish trigger, and with handloads, you will get a 1" rifle. (I have living proof)

If you don't want to be bothered, get the CZ.
