Cheap tac driving upper

I want to make an upper for precision work with my ar. Where's the best place to find a 20" 1:7 barrel? Seems even the EE is pricey.

Adams lake barrels. He sells krieger barrels. But be prepared to wait. My 24" varmatch barrel was ordered at the very beginning of Feb, still waiting (krieger even said they had it in stock).
