Got wind that ammo is a lot less pricier in the east...Im from vancouver island btw. I was told that I could order online and find it cheap, id just have to buy a bigger amount. is this true???? anyone have any experience buying from any site in this situation?

If you can find Pullens in Uplands/Langford (its after All Fun Water Park), they have cheap ammo. Some of their ammunition is sitting on the shelf for years, with the same unadjusted pricetag from 1996!
Pretty cute if you ask me.

Gives us out east some examples of what ammo costs where you are, then we will be able to compare it to the prices and let you know.

Prices have jumped a couple times since the Fall 08.

I was reading an article where Winchester said they expect prices to jump 15% - 20% from last years prices. So far the increases seem to be right in line with that.

You can purchase:

Selliot Bellot 115g's
Federal American Eagle 147g's

For about 17.00 after HST here in Nova Scotia
