bolt-action w black synthetic furniture (well any other than wood) available in canada?

Probably the best and cheapest one is the Savage Mark II-FV $261.99 at S.I.R. mail order.

There's also the Savage Mark II-F for $185.94 from Le Baron

Buy yourself a toz 78 for 100$ and spray paint the stock with a textured black paint. you'll save a couple bucks and it'll come out suprisingly well.
