If it's Chinese milsurp I can almost guarantee it's corrosive. At that price I'd also say it's corrosive.
Unless it's in the current, white box, retail Norinco packaging meant for store shelves, not battlefields, it's going to be corrosive.
The price is pretty good for corrosive though. $0.1667/round versus Budget which has the Czech corrosive surplus for $0.1875/round (both before tax). The Czech stuff is on stripper clips though which I like.
