Cheapest AR15 complete upper?

Looking for the absolute cheapest complete uppers out there - so far Canada Ammo seems to have the best options, both in regards to complete upper/lowers as well as uppers, but somehow I always seem to miss a dealer with better prices, so I'm asking you guys.

You won't find a good quality new one at a reasonable price with the way our dollar is right now.
