Ok first off I dont't mean to be an @sshole to The Shooting Centre(or TSE) but wait till the Calgary easter gunshow and buy directly from BDX, it will be cheaper.

If you buy factory the PMC deal is pretty good and so is Canada Ammo's Norinco deal(although personally I think the PMC is far superior to norinco ammo).

In terms of lead ammo, I have seen it at Bass pro before but you will end up paying more than a good deal on jacketed ammo.
