cheapest non-restr. to take AR mags

unless i am not understanding our clear as mud gun laws, it is Legal to have and use 10 rnd AR 'pistol' mags in a semi auto rifle.

Therefore, i'd like to know the most affordable semi auto that will accept AR mags and is also non-restricted.

IWI Tavor is only one i know of so far, but its a @#$t whack of cash

- Robinson Armament XCR
- Robinson Armament M96
- HK SL8 (with mag well conversion)
- Tavor
- Remington 7615 (pump rifle)
- Swiss Arms upper on an NEA AR15 style lower (coming soon)
- FN FS2000 (with longer barrel fitted)
- Benelli MR1

ar15 types are restricted of course and he was asking about non-restricted...

I believe the Kel-tec rifle uses AR mags...

Also, the FN FS2000 is unrestricted if fitted with a longer barrel.

cheapest would be the MR1(semi), the 180B is no longer made so you would need to buy used.

the cheapest overall is the Remington 7615 which is a pump.

Although it's not the cheapest, I luv my sl-8 ! Though lately I've had the urge for one of those ###y little Tavor units.........Shoot one, you'll see.
