Cheapest place to buy AR 15 & AR 10 PmAgs / GI mags

Hate to say this, but wait for a Canada day sale, or wait till the bear market (from effects of C71) come into play.
Flaherty's had a sale for Pmag M3 5/30's for $22 a while ago. Saving $3 a mag is alright, but I prefer different 5/30's

4GT is a dealer in BC and they are listed here under the dealer network tab at the top of the page, I've bought from them twice. Excellent dealer.

G2 Pmags for $12.30. I wonder if IRG still pins mags on the side VS the spine of the magazine.

Edit: Still the side from the looks of it. Lame. People who worry about "scratching their magwell' should probably take up golf.

Why is pinning them in the side lame? I prefer it. Is there some kind of disadvantage I'm missing?

Because it's stupid.

They're only pinning them on the side because people are worried about scratching their AR15s which is dumb. Pretty much every mag was pinned on the spine - it's the standard place for obvious reasons.

The spine is the toughest part, and from what I've seen of their pinning efforts i'd rather they were pinning on a convex face.

I want to be able to remove the rivet south of the border and reinstall it on reentry. pinned through the thin side will make that tougher.

I wouldn't have an issue with spine pinning, if these slobs would make an effort to countersink their rivets. I've had spine pinned mags that would gouge up the mag well, and some that wouldn't even drop free.

I recently contacted a cgn sponsor and asked how their mags were pinned, and if the rivets were countersunk. They told me, "They aren't countersunk, and only require a bit of filing to drop free." Lol Yeah that's great, but but there seems to be a fine line between not filing enough, and filing just enough that the rivet eventually falls out after a bit of use, leaving you with a you know what. It happened to me once before and I didn't even know it.

You had a magazine that would hold more than 5 rounds and you didn't go on a rampage? Talk about missed opportunity....
