Cheapest slug?

I was wondering where i can find the cheapest price for slugs?
I like shooting my Rem 870 at the range, but since it's an inside range they only allow us to shoot slugs. Kind of expensive when you're shooting 1 dollar a slug.

I get mine at Canadian tire 2" 3/4 Slug Winchester X 15 shells = 13.99

The Canadian Tire econo box seems to be the cheapest option out there. However, there is a bit of a difference between stores. I've seen the box selling for $11.99 to $14.99 between different Canadian Tire stores.

hey , i see you are from montreal, you should go shoot a le ruisseau noir in terrebonne (outdoors) i whent there 3 weeks in a row whit my 870.

Let me be the first one to say that you should start casting/reloading your own slugs

Then your cost will be down to less then $5 /25rds... you'll never be out... and you can load some a little milder for the "plinking" session!

It's been a while since I last brought my SG to CTM... I'll have to dig it out!

Baron just has 5 shells for 4.99$ and then they have fancy slugs for hunting which are much More expensive..

seems like the only way for cheap slugs is to cast and reload yourself

Higginson powder sells the Lee Load-All for less then $60 and a Lee slug mold is about $25... You could also find them used for a little cheaper at the gunshows.
