Cheapest source for bulk 5.56 ammo?

Aside from Marstar's deal on 400 rounds/$105.00 or 1,200 rounds/$315.00 is there any other cheap source of ammo?

I hear American Eagle is cheaper, who sells it in Canada?

Also, does Wolf (Russian) ammo come in 5.56 ? I was quite impressed with their 7.62x39 ammo when I bought a case last year. Any source for this as well?

Royal Sportsman had a couple of cases of American Eagle .223 in stock last time I was there.

Wolf does come in 5.56/.223, but I don't know where to buy it in canada or if you can. You can get it in the states for around $110.00USD/1000, but then you have to get to into the country.
