Erm... the Shadow comes with an extended mag release button as stock.
And you got me thinking about some cheap simple lead bullet ammo as well. A quick search on the CZ forum I'm on confirmed that a number of folks are using unjacketed bullets without any issue at all. The CZ's use simple rifling rather than the polygonal rifling used on the Glocks. This apparently makes it raw lead friendly.
