From Drache on ### ....It's called a Handböller. The one pictured is one of those custom made for Böllerschießen. These are akin more to fireworks as they don't fire a projectile. They are fired off at parties like weddings, Oktoberfest, etc. Cost about $500-$800 depending on the model and how fancy it is. The one above is probably in the $700+ range.
