There was a guy on here a while back from the Calgary area I think that was making repro No 4 cheekpieces....can't remember his handle though.....

Contact Bossanobob. He was selling repros both in nylon or in wood. Formerely of Calgary, but now gracing Southern On. If you know someone who is going to the Easter show in Calgary, Hank Holmes repros the wooden ones.
If anyone is looking for the origional screws for the Cheekrest, head to a dealer who restores antique furniture. The screws are no8 X 1-1/4 and 1-1/2 long, with a straight slot. Hard to buy those nowadays at the hardware store, they all sell robertson or phillips these days.

They usually run about $40 to $50, although that was a year or two ago, so it may have changed since. Some of the cuts are pretty unique, so it takes a bit of time to manufacture.

While I can usually work miracles with metal, my woodworking skills suck. Looking at those blueprints, I think I would just pay the $50.
Seems to me Numrich lists the cheekrests as well.
Of course $27.50 yankee dollars turns into 50 Canadian pesos pretty quick what with the exchange rate, GST & PST, Canada post $5 "we wrote you a bill" fee, shipping fee, and Numrich's $5 export fee.
