Want to get a consistent cheek weld, the chin weld not consistent for me.

What about No4 sniper repo cheek piece.

No need for it.
Just move your head away from the scope untill you see full circle of the aperture with reticle in the middle of it.
If you put anything on stock, your cheek will suffer from recoil lash.

Get one of the many existing mosin cheek rests.
Some are high quality leather pieces.
Take your pick. Many exist.
