Chiappa Bandit Broken Ejector Spring

I picked up a Chiappa Bandit from Tenda back when the first hit the market. First trip to the range was a ton of fun. On the second trip it stopped ejecting spent cartidges. A quick search revealed many people around the world having the same problem. A quick comparison to another rifle revealed that my ejector spring had broken off. A couple of emails to the Ammo Source (who is Chiapas warranty center here) and they had a new one in the mail and at my door. Im back up and running again. The two parts looked slightly different, im hoping this is some kind of an update to fix the previous failure.

Looks the same to me, other than one having the end broken off.
