the latest to add to the .22 collection. its an ugly little thing but i like it haha. reminds me of the fallout pipe rifle or a steampunk looking sniper at any rate it was a fun little project and a great little squirrel getter around the house.

hope you guys like it! i did a few modifications to it, the main one was i vised it up and milled the proprietary rail off the grip and then tapped the receiver and put on a full size picatinny rail. most other parts are from longshot manufacturing and the optic is a 1-4 nikon M.



 
i dont use the AFG as a pistol grip, my thumb rests on the top of the receiver and my other four fingers wrap the AFG. it was put there so i can pull it into my shoulder for a more comfortable hold on the rifle, works well...definitely to far to the trigger if you want to hold it as a pistol grip

When I looked at the pics, I was going to ask for one showing how you held the rifle.
However your explanation answered my question completely.
