Chiappa LA322 lever action availability?

Just wondering when you could have Chiappa LA322 in stock, which I am very interested in. It's a reproduction of Marlin 39A. I really like its design, but the price of an original Marlin 39A is definitely out of my range. The Chiappa LA322 looks identical to me. I have come across the Chiappa site, but could not find more details, like the material of receiver and sights, the date of availability in Canada.

Even Remington has problems making the current Marlin 39A's.
There are a few deals out there on the older pre Remington Marlin's and if you budget around $500 and are patient you should find one.
Unless the Chiappa's are going to sell for $250 or less I would just buck up for the real deal.

The Henry's are a good proven budget option with the Octagon barreled model being my favorite.
