It probably has a 3/8” dovetail milled into the receiver. For mounting rings. You can see a faint line on the top part of the receiver.

Looks like there is a deluxe model as well with walnut furniture, pistol grip and sights....... that is what Soley has in stock for $610.00...... looks pretty nice!

The only thing goofy looking is the painted receiver and that the lever is attached to the front section upon takedown,
