Chiappa M1-22 parts interchangeability?

The rear sight can, but you will probably need to file the sight to fit the notch.
The barrel band of a real M1 will fit loose, as the 22 has a little slimmer profile barrel. As such the real front sights will also be loose.
I don't know your capabilities but you could do what this guy did.
