Picked up a carbine, are there any places that sell ammo for these?I don’t think you can fire smokeless ,I don’t have anyone to teach me how to reload

What caliber? I assume by your question that it's not a percussion model. But a modern replica should say if it can handle smokeless or is black powder only. Finding black powder loads commercially available will be challenging. But reloading something like 45-70 is easy enough to learn.

Buffalo Bore is the only place I know of that makes Black powder equivalent 45-70, and its pricey. My suggestion would be to figure out who stocks Buffalo Bore and see if they'll bring in some ammo for you.

HSM makes cowboy action loads, but I'm not sure if they're BPE or smokeless.

Hate to say it but a BP-only 45-70 seems like a terrible choice for someone who doesn't reload, that sucker is gonna cost a lot to feed.

I looked into one of those Sharps 45/70
Do your own research on recommended pressure limits to run.
Remington 405 spcl is common available, there may be 300+ gr loads too
Data I found suggests keeping pressure under or near 30,000 CUP, , anything rated for a Trapdoor rifle should be safe IMO
reloading resources show loads for older rifles,

You can use standard velocity 45/70. No bear load stuff or other high pressure loads.

It should say right on the barrel by the calibre marking if it is black powder only - if in doubt call Chiappa. Don't trust the internet.

If it is black powder only, using smokeless loads commercial or otherwise is gonna void your warranty (is it new or used?) and any liability on the part of Chiappa if you blow your hands and/or face off.

That being said the Hornady hand loading book has loads for "Springfield Trapdoor" rifles, which I assume is supposed to replicate a black powder load.
