Where? What?

I know, I know. Chiappa .22 mags are should be pinned to 10. I used it only for pictures. Why is this one should be pinned to 10 and 50 round drum is legal? Beats me....

Was the mod what i plan on doing, stripping the plastic pos and putting the parts on an aluminum upper?
