Chiappa Warranty for Canada

Hi Ryan,

Shortly after you originally posted this thread I sent an email; not about warranty, but to buy a part to repair one of their 1873 revolvers. I'm looking for the pawl (hand). So far, no reply.

Can you send me another email with a phone number in it. I’ve replied to at least one person about that so I don’t know which person you are.

Well I sent another email, called into store on Wednesday, they said that the gunsmith will contact me by email on Thursday, and it is now Friday evening and still have not heard anything back regarding my warranty problem. Gretch could not fix sh*t but at least they contacted me back. If I don't hear anything by Monday, I am going to contact Susanna from Chiappa and see if they will allow me to find another gunsmith to fix my rifle. I have had this thing for almost a year and have fired 25 rounds through it. 20 the first time then it broke, sat at Gretch for months, got it back and fired 5 shots and brake again, since then waiting to get it fixed. Trying for 8 - 10 days for someone to get back to me at SFRC

Everyone who has emailed has been sent a warranty return form with the exception of a few people who are looking for parts to buy that are on order. Have you checked your spam mail? Send me a pm with your email address, name and phone number.

I should have pricing on that part shortly.

Sorry, Ryan, I found the email, and have replied to your Gunsmiths.

Thanks!!

I've always hear horror stories about post-sales support through the previous guys, what is the consensus on current Chiappa models? Are we still able to get warranty support from a stocking dealer in Canada (SFRC I deal with in a heartbeat)?

How’s parts availability been for you guys in the warranty center?

We get a shipment of parts of Chiappa each month and order extra common items with each order so there aren't huge delays. That being said, as with any company, there are parts that take longer to get some times if they are out of stock. A company can't just make one of a particular part.

I need a few parts for a couple chiappa lever guns I have and was wondering if you would sell me the parts I need
Need a firing pin for a 357 model 92 lever, a rear sight assembly and a saddle ring plus bolt for a model 92 carbine in 45 colt, the rear sight is the one that flips up and has the adjustable elevator
