I was wondering if you have any plans of bring in the Chiappa X-calber or the Chiappa M6-22?
Link is for the X-caliber.

I would like the x-caliber.... I think it would be a fun gun.... especially with a .223 and .308 sleeve. (I read about the rifle caliber sleeves somewhere for this gun made by a third party manufacturer)

Interesting take on the Springfield M6. I was also surprised to see the knock-off of the Marlin M39. They modeled it after the mountie with the shorter barrel and straight stock. They've got a couple of winners there.

I have been waiting for this beauty for 2 years

So much for selling the M6 scouts for 1200 + eh.?

I emailed Wanstall's about the X-Caliber some time ago and the reply was that they will definitely be bringing them in, whenever Chiappa gets around to building them.

I'd be interested in this as well, I want a new all round go to gun to pick out of the locker real quick when I see a varmit that isn't too welcome. I'd love to see it in a 22. Magnum though.

It seems like they just put some cheapo foam inbetween the stock and stuck rails on all the sides and said were done. I don't like the cheapo foam it looks bad in the picture and is very noticeable. It would depend on price if I buy it. Neat gun all comes down to price.

I really like the idea of this but that 'foam' in the stock looks really cheap, I wonder how durable it would be, would it hold up under weather extremes, cleaning products? With a MSRP in the $750 range you would hope they designed it with this in mind. Its likely half the cost of this set is in the conversion tubes alone.

The foam aids in the firearm being able to float as well as lighten the over all weight. This is a utility bush gun not a ferrari. I don't care what it looks like Chiappa. Just get r done

+1

As long as it shoots straight and has useable sights, I want the gun as small and light as it can be.

Sheet metal and foam sounds good to me. It works for RVs and Airplanes.

I like the idea of the foam making it able to float, but i am with AB.boy, it looks cheap like a single use styrofoam cooler than ends up in pieces before all of the beer had been emptied out of it. It would have been an easy fix to coat the foam in something so it at least looked a little nicer.

That being said it's still up there on my "things i want" list
