Is it in a yellow, silver, or white box that specifically says Norinco and non-corrosive on them? If not then it's likely corrosive surplus and not non-corrosive commercial production.

Kinda like inverse accused: Presumed corrosive until proven otherwise.
If I wasn't sure, I'd just rinse the bore, gas op, and bolt with boiling hot water anyway before regular clean.
