No thats not good enough

The jacket is bi-metal, which means steel. A magnet will stick to that

That however does not mean that the core is steel.

Another example is MFS ammo. On the projectile, the jacket is steel, but the core is lead, and is suitable for indoor range use.

See my dilema??

For what its worth...........

I know they are Competitors, but Canada Ammo Carried a very similar, if not the same product.

I just spoke with them, and according to the owner, the ammo they sold of this description was a lead core.

Take it for what its worth.

However, good enough for me, and I just ordered two cases.

Picked up a case of this for $399, it's not quite the same as the green box stuff. I'll try and get out next week and test it out. Hopefully it's really non corrosive.

Mine just showed up. It still surprises me how bad those Chinese crates are. The wood is hardly better than balsa.

But, I didn't buy it for the wood.
