i came across some chinese 7.62x54R.

they are in 15 rds wrapped in paper, with 5 rds in a stripper clip.

looks like brass case with FMJ (maybe copper washed) ball. the appearence is like those portugese 7.62 NATO rounds.

stampings are 55 at the top and 71 at the bottom.

are they corrosive? are they reloadable?
 
Tied with string generally means corrosive as it was destined for military use. Also, 1971 production, so a guarantee of corrosive Berdan primers. Not easily reloadable.
