I have a Chinese SKS that was purchased from Ma***ar several years ago. Brand new, all matching in cosmoline, but without any arsenal markings, just the serial numbers in all the usual spots. I wonder what’s the origin of those rifles? Commercial runs for civilian market or military rifles that were never issued?

Arrived in mail. Reciever and stock match only but all metal in good shape with a excellent bore.Wood is ok but it is a surplus rifle .Factory 636.No other bits included. Re do the stock and put on a sling and bazinga! 1 x wheeler gun.
