Chinese SKS Factory # 16

Does anyone one have info on Chinese SKS made at Factory # 16 ? triangle then Chinese 3 letters then serial no

Saw one with serial no 151918 ,, all matching , sling on side of butt stock , stock also matches , butt plate early model with top piece of metal plat over laps the stock .

The year of manufacture ,, is it + 1 or + 15 ??

Not a pinned barrel , rear sight stamped with a " D " .

Spiked bayo.

Any info would be helpful .

My son's early Chinese has the Russian blade bayo and a threaded barrel.
