Iam surprised I havnt seen more threads popping up about this, Is anyone else amazed at the rapid incline of the price of Chinese SKS's once the last ones in the country were sold? Almost double in only a few months. You could find them as cheap as 150$ and now going is rate is almost 300$ makes a fella wish he would have bought a few more while the going was good. A Chinese SKS was my first about 7 years ago before the market was flooded with them, I paid just about what they are going for now, followed my a non refurb Russian and then another Chinese military SKS, And some people might hate on me for this but I much prefer the Chinese over the Russian, QC just seems better to me. Just picked up a semi butchered Chinese SKS on the EE last week as well that I Have nice pretty wood stock waiting for, Just needs a bayo and a cleaning rod now.

Anyways Just want to hear your guys input on the matter!

Its a typical supply and demand scenario. I just made my first 2 SKS purchases, no new Chinese guns in stores so had to buy from the EE.
In the whole scheme of things, $300 isn't much for a rifle.
Cheers
